My husband and I bough our home for the purpose of having a relaxing life in Panama. We don´t mind how loud our neighbors play their music on the week ends and during times of festivities and holidays. But we do mind the fact that one of our neighbors has been issued a license to fabricate cement block on his residential property and has mounds of gravel and sand on and in front of our house. This means alot of trafic and big trucks, also alot of sand and dust in our home and pool. We asked our neighbor to please take build his wall higher, and move his gravel on his property. We took a copy to some gov´t agencies, environment , health, mayors office ect. Don´t be surprised if you see a couple of big piles of gravel and sand in front of our house in protest if nothing is done!
