It looks like El Rey is winning the local supermaket race, with 49 out of 72 people telling us they prefer it over Super 99. The rainy months here in Panama sure make our garden's grow. Unfortunately it also helps the mold spread. Karyn Saunders has put together some great tips to help you deal with The Moldy Season.

This month's Playacommunity Mixer will be held on Wednesday, May 25 at 5pm, at El Rincon del Chef in Coronado. Cheeseburgers in Paradise is the theme of the upcoming Coronao Area Social Association (CASA) picnic. They are cooking up cheeseburgers on the beach and inviting you to come dressed in your best Jimmy Buffet attire, parrot heads and all! Click here for all the details.
If you happen to be Catholic, you will be happy to know that there is an English Mass starting every Sunday at 11:30am.
If you live in and around the Coronado area, get ready to get in shape and have some fun. Sunwave Fitness and Solarium Coronado Bay have joined up to bring Professional Fitness Classes to the area. If you know Natasha or have attended any of her classes, you will know this exuberent lady will not only have you laughing, but will also have you loving exercise and wanting to get in shape! Boot Camp, Zumba and Body Toning classes are on the schedule at Solarium Coronado Bay. Don't worry about needing to be in great shape before you come, everyone truly works at thier level at Natasha's classes. See you there!
Picasso Bar & Restaurant has many popular events going on all the time, including Open Mic Nights, when you can bring your best act to the stage. Claire has just added PASTA's to the menu - and they are now open daily for lunch. What's more, if you live in the Coronado area, you can have your pizza delivered to your door.
