Salsa Classes!!! (6:00 am)
Salsa Classes at Paraiso Restaurant and Bar!!!!
Paraiso Restaurant continues to bring you events and entertainment. This time around we will be starting salsa lessons. Lessons begin at 11:00 am and will run for 2.5 hours each Sunday. With professional teachers you will definitely learn how to dance salsa and have fun at the same time. The greater the attendees the less expensive the charge. The cost should be between $5.00-$7.00/per person, depending on the amount of people in the class. Salsa is excellent exercise, a great dance to know, especially living here, and tons of fun.You don't need to have a partner so you have no excuse for not showing up!
Think about showing up early, we offer a great Sunday brunch for only $5.00 starting at 9:30am, then stay and work off the food with Salsa lessons! Hope to see you there!
Remember we are located 3km up the road to El Valle in Las Uvas, on the left hand side of the road.Gather a group of friends and plan on having a great day!!

Water Aerobics Classes (5:00 am)
Punta Chame Resort is now offering classes in Water Aerobics.
The resort is located 1mile off the hiway on the newly paved road to Punta Chame. Look for us on the right hand side of the road.
Classes are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 11am and are only $15 per month!!
