As everyone knows, Summer in Panama begins with a lot of hot and sunny days. Mango is one of the most popular summer fruit and it´s not just for desserts or appetizers, enjoy it with a juice-grilled-medium term beef or any meat of your choice. That´s why in this ocation i choose to bring you this easy fresh and healthy recipe. Mango Salad (For 4 servings)
Ingredients: 2 mangos not so ripe,previously refrigerated, medium size 1 medium red onion 1 red bell pepper Procedure: Cut the onion and the red bell pepper (without seeds) in julienne cut (strips); cut the mango in wide strips. Mix the salad ingredientes with the vinaigrette and serve. Vinaigrette: 2 tablespoons of chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley 1 teaspoon of cumin 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon of olive oil Salt and pepper Delicious wishes and hot tasty summer from abreBocas.
