CLASSES BEGIN JUNE 20th

Animal Trainer, Anne Gordon will be holding dog obedience classes in Coronado.  Sessions begin on Saturday June 20th at 10 a.m. at a Coronado resident’s home.  Classes cost $20  each, or $100 for 6 classes.

Anne Gordon has been training animals of all kinds for the film industry since 1983. She now lives in Panama and will be coming to Coronado this month to host a dog obedience workshop and private classes.

Anne has a degree in Biology and a minor in Animal Behavior. She was the first woman to work as a zookeeper in the carnivore unit in Seattle’s Woodland Park Zoo. She trained wild animal, including big cats, primates, deer and wolves for school assemblies to teach children wildlife appreciation for 5 years. Since 1983, Anne has trained and provided both wild and domestic animals for movies, TV, commercials and still photo sessions. She worked in such notable projects as “Northern Exposure” (yes, including the moose), “Legends of the Fall”, “Homeward Bound”, “Air Bud; Spikes back”, Air Buddies”, etc.

 

 

Anne is the author of the book “Show Biz Tricks for Cats”. She presents Movie Dog Training Seminars all over the world. She has trained in Japan, Spain, Canada, Hong Kong, Mexico, USA and is now in Panama.
