 If you are a client of Airbox Express in Coronado, you have probably just discovered that the Airbox office in the Rincon del Chef plaza has closed and no instructions have been left for clients. People have been getting conflicting information when they call, so I asked Mail Box Etc to make a call and set the record straight for the community. Here's the scoop:
Airbox Express has left Coronado. If you owe them money, they are holding your mail in Panama City, and you must go to their office and pay your bill. Once you have done that, they will release your mail To Uno Express and you can pick it up at thier office. If your bill is uptodate, you can go to the Uno Express office in Chame and pick up your mail there. If that all sounds like a big hassle, MBE Coronado is willing to help you out. They will do the job for you. They will pay the bill, pick up your mail and hold it for you at the Coronado MBE office. You can then pay them what you owe when you pick up your mail for them. All they need is your Airbox account number.
If you would like to open a Mail Box with them, they are waiving the initiation fee for Airbox customers.
Another important thing to note is that MBE allows single shipments. So if you don't want to open a monthly account, but want to receive the odd item, MBE can help. They just need to know in advance.
I have been a MBE customer for 5 years. I shop on the internet and get mail several times a month. In all that time, they have never lost a package.

We went up to the Coronado office on June 11th to pay our annual fee. They gave us a letter stating the Coronado office would be closed as of June 15th. Until they relocated to their new office,they would be sending your packages and letters to your physical address, that is in their database, at no extra cost. We only use this service for a few things a year,so we won't know for sure until the end of the month. I do have the letter mentioned above, if you would like to see it. Thanks, Sal and Diane
